Situated off-site in the “Nimolanca” apartment building just around the corner from Rolling Surf Resort (on the corner of Merrima Ave & Warne Tce Kings Beach) it’s just a short stroll to the patrolled area of the beach.

Nimolanca offers a comfortable and spacious coastal escape, with partial ocean views from its Level 3 vantage point.

Inside, the open-plan layout connects the kitchen, dining and living areas, creating a relaxed space that makes cooking, eating and chilling out feel effortless. The living area opens onto a balcony where you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink with glimpses of the ocean.

The main bedroom features a queen bed and private ensuite, while bedroom two includes 1 queen bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. There’s also a separate TV room, ideal for unwinding, movie nights or escaping the family group chat.

Designed for comfort and practicality, this apartment suits families or groups who want room to spread out while staying close to the coast.

Accommodating up to 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and for added convenience the use of 1 x secure undercover car park during your stay. Please note, this apartment does not allow rollaway beds or extra guests.
